The solar water heater foaming line driven by a motor reducer. Production line mainly by manual clamping, manual block, circular drive, (clamp closing lid), manual filling, heat cure cycle, manual processes under the composition of materials and clear bulbs. The line can be a continuous cycle of work and also can step work, with a compact, simple and smooth transmission. To ensure the long-running production line stability and reliability, the entire line use imported PLC control system.
